Welcome to TNUPC.org!

The diversity of the State of Tennessee stretches from the incredibly beautiful Smoky Mountains in the east to the majestic Mississippi River on the western border of our state. Tennessee is unofficially divided into three regions: East Tennessee, Middle Tennessee, and West Tennessee. Each one of these areas is diverse in geography, and culture. The state encompasses mountain towns, farming communities, and large cities. Our cities are multi-cultural as immigrants from all over the world are making Tennessee their new home.

The Oneness Apostolic message was established in Tennessee in the early years of the last century. Great revivals in those days helped to plant many new churches, and establish the Oneness Pentecostal message in Tennessee. Tennessee became a pioneer region for Pentecostals. The United Pentecostal Churches of this district are as diverse as the geographical regions, yet all preach the wonderful message of New Testament salvation as recorded in Acts 2:38. The district supports and conducts many annual events for our members, both young and old, and there is a great spirit of fellowship among our ministers and churches. You will find a very friendly atmosphere and mutual respect of each other, along with a spirit of unity in our district. Welcome to our website, and we encourage you to visit each department of the Tennessee District through the means of this page. It has been a pleasure to serve the Tennessee District since 2005 as District Superintendent, serving 345 ministers and 170 churches. Thank you for visiting us today!

From the delta of West Tennessee to the mountains of East Tennessee, diversity speaks well for both the geography and the churches of the Tennessee District of the United Pentecostal Church. The district’s heritage is depicted in churches whose existence nears the century mark and yet the district remains visionary through the increasing number of church plants. Tennessee’s United Pentecostals are witnessing numbers baptized in the saving name of Jesus Christ and scores receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost. Pew and pulpit express great anticipation of what God has in store for the Tennessee District!
